Real Estate Photography
Focused on value – to capture only images necessary to explain interior and exterior features of the property for online viewers, in as little time as possible to keep costs low. Mainly we try to get one photo for each room, and one exterior photo.
For this service we designate specific amount of time for the photo session. Therefore your home will be photographed AS-IS. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or staging services in Real Estate Photography service. If you need those you should contact us for before photography day to arrange with additional cost.

Architectural photography
This service is most suitable for architects or interior designers that require not quantity but quality. A small number of breathtaking images photographed and delivered ready for publication or portfolio use. Our process starts with scouting the property location, to find most appealing angles, if any staging is required, or any technical issue that can be solved without extreme retouching after photography, such as missing exterior lights etc. and try to fix them before the photography day. After photography we apply extreme retouching even for smallest details.
Progress Photography
We provides a complete photographic record of construction from groundbreaking through to project completion, via high resolution digital photographs. Then photographs are uploaded to cloud storage with linked to the architectural drawings to allow architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, etc. to view the project 24×7.

Technicality
We use professional photographic equipment and the latest software to deliver outstanding image quality. We shoot your property in natural light with multiple exposures, in order to capture a realistic representation of the home and then use image blending to create photos that realistic representation and feeling of your home.

What is the best time of day to photograph my property?
If your property faces east or south, we recommend a morning appointment. If your home faces west or north, an afternoon photo session would be the best choice.
Do you “Over Shoot” and allow me to pick the images I want?
In order to provide quick turnaround and affordable prices, we only shoot the number of images your package includes. If you need multiple angles and perspectives of your property, we recommend purchasing a architectural photo package.
If I provide the keys, will you shoot an unattended home?
We do not shoot unattended homes. For liability and security reasons.
Does your photo service include Photoshop editing?
All of our packages include basic image editing, which includes, adjusting the colour, brightness, saturation, contrast. If you need excessive amounts of items removed/edited, please contact us for a quote.
Can you remove out that crack in the wall in “Photoshop”?
For ethical and legal reasons, in real estate photography we don’t remove a permanent physical feature of a home. This includes removing cracks in walls or ceilings, removing telephone poles or electrical lines, or modifying any other structural characteristic, deficiency and/or abnormality. If you are an architect and would like to modify photos for your portfolio or press we will be happy to edit any request with additional charges.
Pricing & Delivery
Our photography pricing is simple; first hour is $175+Tax following hours are $100+Tax. Price does not include special props, backgrounds and location charges if necessary.
Minimum photography time is 1 hour
After payment has been received in full, images are delivered via electronic download. When it is possible same day delivery is also offered with additional cost. A delay in payment will delay the processing and delivery of your images.
We deliver two set of photographs in JPEG format;
Originals which are 7360 x 4912. These images are great for printed materials and advertisements.
The second set contains the web-optimized images at 1920 x 1280 pixel.
